Deep dive into:
Create weekday/weekend schedules, holidays, vacations, transportation, and protocols.
Off session - Full agreement or Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) and parenting plan.
Confirm understanding, edit as needed. Finalize the written agreements/plan, prepare next-steps instructions for attorney review or court self-help review.
